We need a marketing leader who thinks in strategies and executes in sprints. You will own everything from brand and SEO to go-to-market expansion into new verticals, reporting directly to the CEO and sitting at the commercial heart of the business. This is not a pure management role.

  • GTM strategy for new markets and verticals (e-commerce, iGaming, travel, marketplaces)
  • Brand identity, positioning, and product messaging across all channels
  • Website strategy and SEO - technical, content, and authority building
  • Market research, competitive intelligence, and segment-specific ICP development
  • Building and leading a lean marketing team and agency network

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in B2B marketing - FinTech or payments experience is a must
  • Product marketing instinct - you can translate complex infrastructure into clear propositions
  • Hands-on SEO and performance marketing skills, not just oversight
  • Experience marketing payment gateway, digital wallet, or multi-currency account products specifically
  • Familiarity with FCA financial promotions rules and compliant marketing in regulated environments
  • Experience with the European, CIS, or EMEA payments landscape
