As part of its continued global expansion, the firm is seeking to appoint a Vice President / Director to join its London office, focusing on opportunistic real estate investments and developments worldwide.
What the job involves
- This is a highly entrepreneurial role offering exposure to a broad range of transactions and asset classes.
- The successful candidate will work closely with senior decision-makers to identify, evaluate and execute investments across key international markets.
- Originate and assess opportunistic investment and development opportunities globally.
- Lead financial analysis, underwriting and preparation of investment committee materials.
- Manage due diligence and transaction execution processes from inception to completion.
- Develop relationships with developers, investors, lenders and external advisors.
- Monitor portfolio performance and oversee value creation initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of investment strategy and expansion into new markets.
Who we are looking for
- Significant experience in real estate private equity, principal investing, development or investment banking.
- Strong transaction execution capabilities and advanced financial modelling skills.
- Experience across multiple geographies and asset classes is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to source and execute complex investment opportunities.
- Commercially minded, with an entrepreneurial approach and strong relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally and operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
