About Our Client
We are working with a fast-growing business, backed by an impressive PE fund with an ambitious build and build strategy. The business has a well-defined strategy, with an experienced management team and a strong track record in M&A. It is now looking for a Senior M&A Manager to execute the buy-and-build strategy, assisting in building the business into a market leader within the sector. Responsibilities include managing the M&A process, developing and implementing processes, executing transactions, and managing post-acquisition integration. The role involves leading the integration of newly acquired businesses to accelerate growth and ensure future success.
The team has a hybrid working model, with regular presence in London, and plans for a permanent London office.
What the job involves
- Sourcing and appraising potential acquisition targets through management meetings to drive deal flow
- Leading all acquisitions and contributing to value creation post-deal
- Integrating businesses post-acquisition
Who we are looking for
- 8-10 years of experience in deals, likely from an in-house M&A role, private equity investment role, or corporate finance advisory
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a loosely structured environment
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
