As part of its continued global expansion, the firm is seeking to appoint a Senior Investment Professional to join its London office, focusing on greenfield digital real estate and infrastructure investments and developments.
What the job involves
This is a highly entrepreneurial role offering exposure to a broad range of transactions and asset classes. The successful candidate will work closely with senior decision‑makers to identify, evaluate, and execute investments across key international markets.
- Originate and assess opportunistic investment and development opportunities globally
- Lead financial analysis, underwriting, and preparation of investment committee materials
- Manage due diligence and transaction execution processes from inception to completion
- Develop relationships with developers, investors, lenders and external advisors
- Monitor portfolio performance and oversee value creation initiatives
- Contribute to the development of investment strategy and expansion into new markets
Who we are looking for
- Significant experience of leading greenfield data‑centre investments – this is a pre‑requisite
- Strong transaction execution capabilities and advanced financial modelling skills
- Experience across multiple geographies and asset classes is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to source and execute complex investment opportunities
- Commercially minded, with an entrepreneurial approach and strong relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel internationally and operate in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
