We are partnering with a leading global institutional investor to hire an Associate or Assistant Vice President (dependent on years of experience) for their London-based Private Credit team. This is an outstanding opportunity to gain hands‑on exposure to direct lending, opportunistic, and special situations credit investments across developed markets, within a highly respected and long‑term focused investment platform.

What the job involves
- Source, evaluate, and execute investments in senior and subordinated debt instruments
- Lead due diligence, build financial models, and screen investment ideas
- Present and discuss potential deals with internal teams
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners throughout the investment process
- Have exposure across the full investment lifecycle, from deal sourcing to portfolio oversight
Who we are looking for
- Candidates with at least 2‑3 years of experience in a leading investment bank’s M&A or leveraged finance team, a specialist restructuring or debt advisory firm, or a credit investment firm
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, team‑oriented environment
- A strong academic background, with a Bachelor’s degree being the minimum requirement
- A self‑starter with strong attention to detail and intellectual curiosity
