This is a broad and commercially focused investment role combining portfolio management responsibilities with new investment activity. Working as part of a collaborative ventures team, the successful individual will engage with both internal stakeholders and portfolio company leadership teams. The role offers exposure to a fast-paced investment environment with significant involvement across the full investment lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting due diligence, transaction execution and internal investment approvals
- Identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities within the technology sector
- Supporting and monitoring a portfolio of high-growth technology investments
- Attending portfolio company board meetings as either a director or observer
- Analysing financial and operational performance data, including KPIs and valuations
- Assisting with fundraising processes, investor reporting and portfolio analysis
- Maintaining financial models, cap tables and investment documentation
- Working closely with finance, marketing and investor relations teams to support wider fund activities
