What the job involves:
- Work on all aspects of the transaction process from origination, deal structuring, negotiation, execution, portfolio management, and realisation.
- Make investment decisions with a high degree of autonomy, and assist other senior team members across the fund.
Who we are looking for:
- Prior European private equity experience at the associate level is prerequisite.
- Excellent academics including a degree at Bachelor or Master's level.
- A credible and engaging presentational style, coupled with the confidence to be effective in relationship building with vendors/management teams and advisers.
