What the job involves
- Supporting the screening, underwriting and execution of real estate-backed bridging and medium-term loans across the UK and Ireland
- Assessing lending opportunities and providing commercial recommendations to senior deal professionals
- Preparing investment papers, including opportunity analysis, due diligence findings and key risk considerations
- Reviewing transaction documentation and ensuring financial and commercial terms are accurately reflected
- Working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisers throughout the transaction lifecycle
