We are working with a highly successful family office who are active investors in high-profile transactions with well-known brands across Europe and North America. The team is looking to add an Italian-speaking Investment Associate to its high-performing London team.

Our client is a family office founded in Italy over 20 years ago. The group has a strong track record for building and transforming businesses across consumer, retail and lifestyle. The firm acts as strategic advisors and hands-on operational partners. They are widely recognised for investing in high-profile exciting transactions across Europe and North America, and have also invested in Australia. They will typically deploy up to €200m per investment.
What the job involves
The team is lean and entrepreneurial, with all members, from day one, closely involved in deal execution and portfolio management as well as managing high profile investors. They are now seeking to hire at the Associate level, where the successful candidate will gain broad exposure across the full investment lifecycle, from origination and execution through to portfolio value creation.
Who we are looking for
- You must have analyst/associate-level experience within private equity, banking, corporate finance or consulting.
- Proficiency in Italian is essential.
- Demonstrable deal experience in consumer and retail, or a clear passion for consumer.
- You have strong technical skills, strong commercial acumen and demonstrable knowledge of corporate finance, M&A, capital raising and/or private equity investing.
- Given the size of the team, the environment demands initiative, analytical rigour, and strong commercial acumen, with the opportunity to work directly alongside the founders and senior professionals on transactions and portfolio development.
- You will need strong academic credentials from a leading university.
