About our client

Our client is a leading European private equity firm with a strong track record of investing in high-quality, growth-oriented businesses across the DACH region and beyond. As part of its continued expansion and ahead of upcoming fundraising activity, the firm is looking to add an Executive Assistant to its Investor Relations team in London.

What the job involves:

  • Managing complex diaries and scheduling across multiple time zones for senior team members
  • Coordinating international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas and logistics
  • Providing full administrative and secretarial support, including correspondence, document preparation and expense management
  • Preparing and organising presentation materials and meeting packs
  • Supporting CRM management (DealCloud), ensuring accurate tracking of investor interactions and data
  • Assisting with investor relations activities including roadshows, events, webinars and conferences
  • Maintaining distribution lists and supporting communication with investor contacts
  • Collaborating closely with the wider EA and IR team, providing cover and support where needed
  • Contributing to the smooth running of the London office through ad hoc support and coordination

Who we are looking for:

  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within financial services or a professional services environment
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage complex scheduling and competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with senior stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to anticipate needs
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
