What the job involves
- The team is looking for an investment associate to work on investment due diligence and execution.
- Opportunity to work on a wide variety of transactions, from LP‑led liquidity solutions to bespoke, complex GP‑led investment solutions.
- Involvement in all aspects of the deal process, from screening to execution, as well as monitoring of the existing portfolio.
- Work with the deal team to source, execute, and complete due diligence on transactions.
- Support the investment team in organising and preparing for calls and meetings with private equity managers and intermediaries.
Who we are looking for
- Experience in areas such as transaction services, investment banking, M&A or private equity.
- 2:1 or above undergraduate degree from a leading university.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with experience conducting financial valuation analysis.
- Second language or international work experience is not required but seen as an advantage.
- Strong interest in private equity and investing.
