What the job involves

• Support in the underwriting, analysis, and execution of real estate transactions
• Build detailed financial models to evaluate potential investments
• Conduct market research and prepare investment committee materials
• Assist in the asset management of existing investments, contributing to value-creation strategies
• Liaise with external stakeholders including property managers, legal advisors, and financing partners

Who we are looking for

• Experience in investment banking, private equity, or consultancy. Exposure to real estate transactions is preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with proficiency in Excel
• Excellent research and quantitative analysis capabilities
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• A second European language (German, Spanish, Italian or French) is beneficial
