Our client, a leading growth private equity fund, is currently seeking to hire a Head of Business Operations for its London team. The fund focuses on investing in a number of industries across both developed and emerging markets and is currently going through a growth phase from both an asset and people perspective. Due to this continued growth, a key priority for the business is to ensure it has a strong internal operational infrastructure, making this an important hire for the firm's next stage of development.
What the job involves
As the Head of Business Operations, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring that the business has the infrastructure, systems, people, processes, and controls required. You will line manage the firm’s administrative team and work closely with the Executive leadership to translate operational priorities into an efficient, well-controlled way of working.
