They are seeking a native German-speaking fundraising professional with a strong track record across the DACH region to lead investor engagement, originate fundraising opportunities, and develop long‑term relationships with institutional investors.
What the job involves The successful candidate will be based in London with regular travel across the DACH region.
Working closely with senior leadership and investment professionals, they will play a key role in driving capital formation initiatives across multiple investment strategies and fund vehicles.
Responsibilities will include identifying and developing new investor relationships, leading fundraising processes across the DACH region, representing the firm externally at investor meetings and industry events, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a high‑quality investor experience throughout the fundraising lifecycle.

Who we are looking for Native‑level German speaker with a demonstrated track record of raising capital from investors across the DACH region.
Experience in a fundraising, capital formation, investor relations or business development role within private markets, ideally gained at a fund manager, placement agent or related investment platform.
An established network of investor relationships across the DACH private markets ecosystem, with the credibility and commercial acumen to originate and develop new fundraising opportunities.
Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to cultivate long‑term partnerships with a broad range of investors.
A proactive and self‑directed approach, with the ability to operate effectively in a lean, fast‑paced and collaborative environment.
