With over €20 billion in assets under management, our portfolio includes companies across Europe and North America, focusing on sectors such as healthcare, software, and industrials.
What the job involves
The Fund Financing professional will be an integral member of the Capital Markets team focused on fund financing.
- Lead or co-lead the debt structuring and negotiation of new fund financings
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the fund financings jointly with the Fund Administration team
- Find creative solutions to improve the return of the funds/portfolios/transactions
- Work jointly with the rest of the Capital Markets team to manage broader financing relationships
Who we are looking for
- 3-5 years of experience in fund financing, either in banking, private equity, or debt advisory
- Proven track record across a range of financing solutions: subscription lines, NAV facilities, hybrid and GP financings
- Experience working across European jurisdictions; French is a plus
- Degree from a top-tier university; strong academic background
- Fluency in English (written and oral), French is a plus
