What the job involves

  • Lead execution of investment opportunities, including due diligence, financial modelling, structuring, and negotiation.
  • Develop and present investment recommendations with strong analytical and commercial reasoning.
  • Build thematic insights and sector knowledge to inform origination efforts.
  • Support portfolio companies through board participation, strategic initiatives, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors across all stages of the investment cycle.
  • Coach and develop junior professionals within the team.

Who we are looking for

  • Fluency in Italian or German.
  • Someone with experience, ideally 2 - 3 years in European private equity.
  • Demonstrated deal execution experience with multiple completed transactions.
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Effective communicator with solid stakeholder management abilities.
  • Exposure to portfolio value creation or governance preferred.
