Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have: Extensive experience in short-term, property-backed lending in the UK. A proven track record of originating and closing deals. An existing network and pipeline of property bridging finance opportunities. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and execute new investment opportunities.
