This position offers a high level of autonomy, alongside broad exposure across the wider business, with the successful individual sitting as part of the senior leadership team.
What the job involves
- Leading the firm’s overall technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives
- Overseeing the development and maintenance of the firm’s technology infrastructure and systems
- Partnering with senior leadership to improve operational efficiency through technology solutions
- Managing cyber security, data protection, and business continuity frameworks
- Driving the adoption of automation, data analytics, and AI tools across the business
- Supporting front‑office and deal teams with technology‑enabled solutions and reporting tools
