Our client, a leading private markets advisory firm, is currently hiring a CTO / Technology Director to join its London-based team. With a strong presence across the European market, the firm is highly regarded within its sector and has advised a number of Europe's leading private equity firms. Following a recent period of growth, the business is continuing to invest in and expand its technology capabilities to support its next phase of development. This position offers a high level of autonomy, alongside broad exposure across the wider business, with the successful individual sitting as part of the senior leadership team.

What the job involves

  • Leading the firm’s overall technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives
  • Overseeing the development and maintenance of the firm’s technology infrastructure and systems
  • Partnering with senior leadership to improve operational efficiency through technology solutions
  • Managing cyber security, data protection, and business continuity frameworks
  • Driving the adoption of automation, data analytics, and AI tools across the business
