What the job involves

  • Building financial models, validating assumptions and helping shape investment rationales for prospective transactions
  • Conducting industry research and market analysis, proactively identifying and screening opportunities across Europe
  • Supporting due diligence and end-to-end transaction execution, including presenting to investment committee
  • Liaising with management teams, vendors, banks and advisors, and contributing to sourcing initiatives — over time taking ownership of a geography or niche

Who we are looking for

  • Experience at an Investment Bank or PE/Growth equity firm, with strong financial modelling, valuation and business analysis skills
