They are looking to hire an Associate to join their high-calibre early-stage investment team in London. Given their focus on transformative technology businesses, it is essential that you have a genuine passion for start-ups and innovation and a strong analytical skillset.
What the job involves: You will work across the entire transaction process, from deal identification and sourcing to portfolio management support. You will support the team and portfolio companies with the strategy development, business planning, monitoring, fundraising, and exit planning requirements. You will also be involved with the identification and evaluation of new deal opportunities. Representing the fund in the industry – attending conferences and networking with founders and other investment professionals.
Who we are looking for: Full-time experience in banking or consulting is essential. Additional operational experience in a start-up or scale-up is desirable. Demonstrable interest in technology. A natural networker with an entrepreneurial mindset. A passion for start-ups with exciting growth plans.
