What the job involves
- Support on all aspects of the deal management, including provision of investor information and all due diligence requests
- Prepare analysis on portfolios to originate high quality transactions
- Conduct thorough research / maintain knowledge of LP and GP landscape
- Maintain and update all transaction-related documentation
Who we are looking for
- Prior experience in investment banking or private equity
- Experience working in/strong motivation for the private equity secondaries market
- Literate within financial modelling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, highly numerate and some knowledge of financial valuation methodologies
- High level of professionalism, maturity, integrity and good judgement
- Ability to work within a small, cooperative team and liaise confidently with senior management
