Role Overview
Reporting to CRM Manager, the CRM Assistant will support the day-to-day delivery of CRM campaigns across email, SMS and push.
Working closely with the CRM Manager and wider marketing team, this role will help ensure campaigns are built, tested and delivered accurately, on time and in line with the trading and promotional calendar.
The role will support customer engagement, revenue growth and campaign performance by helping to deliver clear, timely and customer-focused communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning, build, testing and deployment of CRM campaigns across email, SMS and push.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time, with strong attention to detail across copy, links, targeting, offers and creative.
- Help manage the CRM trading calendar, ensuring activity is aligned to key promotions, trading priorities and brand campaigns.
- Support the delivery of brand-funded CRM campaigns by coordinating assets, requirements, timings and approvals with internal teams.
- Maintain CRM campaign trackers, documentation and workflow updates to ensure clear visibility of planned and live activity.
- Monitor campaign timelines and proactively flag any risks, delays, errors or last-minute changes that may impact delivery.
- Support campaign reporting by collating performance results, trading updates and key insights.
- Contribute to testing and optimisation activity, helping to identify opportunities to improve engagement, revenue and campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure CRM activity is customer-focused, commercially relevant and consistent with brand standards.
- Provide flexible support to the wider CRM team across trading activity, reporting, planning and ad hoc requests.
- Key Skills & Competencies
- Foundational experience in CRM, email marketing or digital marketing.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Commercial awareness and an interest in customer engagement and trading performance.
- Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working at pace.
- Clear communication skills and the confidence to flag issues early.
- Willingness to learn CRM principles, platforms, reporting tools and campaign best practice.

- Support revenue and engagement growth through the consistent execution of high-quality, customer-first CRM campaigns with a consistent “test and learn” approach.
- Ensure all CRM campaigns are built, tested, and deployed accurately and on schedule, aligned to the trading and promotional calendar
- Maintain strong operational discipline across campaign workflows, ensuring deadlines are met and risks are flagged early.
- Contribute to a high-performing CRM function, supporting wider team priorities including reporting, planning, and optimisation.
- Continuously improve campaign execution by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, efficiency, and performance
Deliverables
- Deliver accurate, fully tested CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push.
- Ensure all campaigns are built and deployed on time, in line with the trading calendar.
- Proactively manage build timelines, flagging risks and handling last-minute changes efficiently.
- Maintain high attention to detail, minimising errors and ensuring brand consistency.
- Support campaign, trade reporting, ensuring timely and accurate performance outputs.
- Contribute to performance analysis and testing, identifying optimisation opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM calendars, documentation, and campaign trackers.
- Provide flexible support to the wider CRM team, including brand campaigns and ad hoc requests.
