Per‑Scent is a leading fragrance licensing, trading and distribution company, home to licensed brands including Barbour fragrances, Ikon, Being and Missguided fragrances with some more amazing brands joining the portfolio this year. We distribute across 50+ countries and are accelerating our UK retail performance. We also have a trading arm of the business with access to some of the best brands with exclusive distribution rights in the UK and internationally.

We are looking for an ambitious and brand‑passionate Brand Sales Executive to support our commercial team in driving distribution, account growth, and brand presence across wholesale, retail, and independent channels. Brand Sales Executive Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support National Account Managers in the day‑to‑day management of key retail and wholesale accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with independent retailers, regional buyers, and wholesale customers across the UK and international markets.
  • Identify and convert new distribution opportunities — approaching prospects, presenting the brand portfolio, and securing new listings.
  • Prepare compelling sales presentations, brand sell‑in materials, and product range documents tailored to specific accounts.
  • Process orders accurately and liaise with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure on‑time delivery.
  • Monitor account performance — tracking sell‑through, stock levels, and promotional activity to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Support the execution of promotional campaigns, gifting windows, and new product launches across accounts.
  • Represent Per‑Scent and brand partners at trade shows, sales meetings, and retail events.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date records of account activity, pipeline, and sales performance using CRM and internal reporting tools.
  • Provide regular updates to the commercial team on account status, competitor activity, and market trends.
