The role:

The Accounts Apprentice will be working across all areas of the finance department, including Credit Control, reconciling ecommerce ledgers, Purchase Ledger, assisting with processing vendor invoices and supporting the Management Accounts team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support across finance functions including Credit Control, ecommerce ledger reconciliation, Purchase Ledger, processing vendor invoices and assisting the Management Accounts team.
  • Supplier invoice processing: receive invoices, perform three-way match against the order and receipt notice to ensure accuracy, and process into the accounting system; engage daily with internal and external Supply Chain stakeholders.
  • Payment matching and allocation: match payments received through various ecommerce channels and allocate against invoices.
  • Ad-hoc: assist the FM.
