About our client
We are working with a fast-growing business, backed by an impressive PE fund with an ambitious build and build strategy. The business has a well-defined strategy, with an experienced management team and a strong track record in M&A - it is now looking for a Senior M&A Manager to execute the buy and build strategy. With a highly acquisitive roll-up strategy this role will assist in building the business into a market leader within the sector. You will be responsible across the M&A process, reporting to the Head of M&A. This will include developing and implementing processes, executing transactions and helping to manage post-acquisition integration. As a Senior M&A Manager you will play a lead role in managing the successful integration of newly acquired businesses into the group which is a crucial part of the strategy to accelerate growth and future success. The team have a hybrid model, but are regularly based in London, with imminent plans for a permanent office space in London.

Who we are looking for
- 6-10 years of experience of deals likely from within another in-house M&A role, private equity investment role, or corporate finance advisory
