About our client
Our client, a multi-strategy private investment office are currently looking to make the addition of a Senior HR Manager to their London office team on a fractional basis. The firm, which has a presence across multiple jurisdictions and focuses on a number of investment strategies, are currently going through a growth phase from a people and asset perspective. Due to the growth of the business and the Principal's belief in a strong people strategy, the firm is now looking to make their first HR hire. What the job involves
As the Senior HR Manager, you will work in a stand-alone capacity across a very broad and varied HR role. Responsibilities will range from strategic planning to the more operational and administrative focused people tasks. Due to the nature of the firm, your main focus will be supporting the investment office staff, along with some advisory support to the portfolio and ad-hoc support to the Principal's private staff.
- Strategic HR support to the investment office
- Lead on hiring, on-boarding and people planning
- Ensuring smooth operational HR practices
- All levels of ER, training, and evaluations
- Systems and process management
- Advisory talent management support
- Day to day generalist people support
- Generalist HR experience working within the financial services space
- Experience of working within a private investment office would be advantageous
- Experience of supporting teams across multiple jurisdictions
- Comfortable working within a small organisation environment
- Proven strong senior stakeholder management skills
