About our client
Our client is a well established and prestigious, mid-market private equity investor which are looking to add a Senior Associate to their London team as they continue to deploy capital. What the job involves
- Work on all aspects of the transaction process from origination, deal structuring, negotiation, execution, portfolio management, and realisation
- Make investment decisions with a high degree of autonomy, and assist other senior team members across the fund
- Prior European private equity experience at the associate level is prerequisite
- Excellent academics including a degree at Bachelor or Master's level
- A credible and engaging presentational style, coupled with the confidence to be effective in relationship building with vendors / management teams and advisers
- High level of numeracy and technical proficiency, combined with the commercial awareness to put the numbers into their strategic context
