About our client
Our client is a leading infrastructure investor who is looking for an Investment Executive to join its renewable energy focused team. The team manages several listed and unlisted funds targeting investments in renewable energy projects and associated infrastructure in the UK and Europe, with considerable capital to invest.
What the job involves:
- Execution of transactions in the renewable energy and infrastructure space
- Working in small teams of investment professionals across multiple transactions
- Financial modelling and asset valuation
- Writing investment memos and investment committee papers
- Proactively identifying value accretion opportunities on existing assets
- Contribute constructive suggestions within team discussions to ensure all deals are of the highest quality
Who we are looking for:
- Track record of executing transactions in the core renewable energy space in the UK and Europe
- Relevant experience in infrastructure or as a private equity investor or adviser
- Experience of typical project finance structure
- Excellent financial modelling skills and an intuitive feel for whether a model is giving you the right answer
- Fluent Nordic language(s) is a necessity
