About our client
Our client, a global leading private markets focused investment firm, are currently looking to hire a Change Manager to join their London team. The firm, which invests across multiple asset classes, is currently expanding rapidly, both organically and via M&A, with an ambitious medium term AUM target. Due to the continued planned growth, they are now looking to hire an experienced change/transformation professional with previous exposure to the financial services industry.
What the job involves
- Lead integration of existing and future business units
- Manage change projects across the group's central functions
- Assisting on the design and evolution of the group operating model
- Operate and lead projects across the central business governance and reporting structures
- Supporting on late stages of the M&A execution
- General support and advisory to the board
Who we are looking for
- Background of project management and project execution
- Financial services experience either in-house or as a Consultant
- Previous exposure to an M&A environment
- Proven experience of working with senior stakeholders
- Proven experience of leading projects end to end
