About our client
Our client is a leading global alternative investment manager with a strong international presence across several asset classes. The firm has built a market-leading wealth management platform focused on expanding access to private markets solutions for individual and intermediary investors globally. As the platform continues to grow across Europe, the business is seeking to hire a Vice President within its EMEA Client Services function in London, focusing on wealth clients. This is a broad role sitting at the intersection of client service, product onboarding and operational management.
What the Job Involves
- Supporting the onboarding and ongoing servicing of wealth management clients and strategic distribution partners
- Assisting with the negotiation and implementation of distribution and placement agreements
- Delivering high-quality operational and client service support across the EMEA platform
- Supporting the launch and onboarding of new products and investment structures across multiple jurisdictions
- Working closely with internal teams including Product Management, Client Service and Investment Operations
- Assisting with oversight of key external service providers, including fund administrators and other operational partners
- Monitoring regulatory developments and ensuring products and distribution processes remain aligned with evolving requirements
- Supporting strategic projects related to the expansion of the European fund platform
- Building strong internal relationships to facilitate collaboration across global teams
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience within asset management, wealth solutions, client services, product onboarding or distribution operations
- Strong understanding of global wealth management distribution channels and platform structures
- Knowledge of alternative investment products and fund structures including SICAVs, AIFs, ELTIFs or Cayman funds
- Experience supporting or negotiating distribution, platform or placement agreements
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks impacting fundraising and distribution, including AIFMD and PRIIPs
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities across international time zones
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
