What the job involves

This role sits within the Investor Relations team and is responsible for data integrity, reporting and operational effectiveness across the team's CRM and related systems. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented, technically confident professional who can manage complex data workflows, support senior stakeholders with reporting, and help embed new tools and processes as the team continues to grow.

Who we are looking for

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Meaningful experience as a CRM power user, data operations or analyst role within financial services
  • Strong working knowledge of at least one major CRM platform (DealCloud, Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics or similar)
  • Excel skills; comfortable pulling, joining and analysing data from multiple sources
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a low tolerance for data inconsistency
  • Clear written and verbal communication - able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Resourceful and able to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
