About our client
Our client is a leading private equity growth firm looking to onboard an Associate into their London-based Investor Relations team. They are currently fundraising making it a great time to join. Their investment strategy is focused on growth capital and management buyouts and is led by a highly experienced team of investment professionals who continue to grow their diverse portfolio, many of which are household names.
What the job involves
- You will be responsible for all tasks related to fundraising and servicing their global institutional investor base.
- Preparation of materials for current and future funds - PPMs, pitchbooks.
- Managing the LP diligence process.
- Preparation of ad-hoc materials in response to specific investor requests.
- Conducting investor research.
- On-going engagement with investors and relationship management with existing investors.
- Ensuring investor needs are met on an on-going basis - inclusive of dealing with requests, quarterly reports, and the organisation of key investor events, during and post fundraise.
Who we are looking for
- Strong academic background.
- Experience in investor relations, placement agent, investment banking or other relevant role.
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills, plus strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability to present numerical information insightfully.
- Right to work in UK.
