About our client
Our client is a well-known, highly prominent private markets investment firm. They are seeking an Associate to join their European investor relations team in London to support capital raising, fund marketing and product development efforts across Europe, with a focus on supporting the firm's credit business line. This truly international firm has a well-established, closely networked team with substantial funds under management.
This is an excellent time to join the team and develop your product knowledge and experience within the credit fundraising space. An interest / knowledge of credit is beneficial but not a pre-requisite. What the job involves
- You will join the firm's credit product specialist team in London and will support the ongoing fundraising, marketing, and client relations efforts for the business
- Working across new product launches
- Creating and maintaining presentation materials, investor reporting, and other investor communications (e.g., webinars, video content, other investor memoranda)
- Drafting and providing responses to investor queries and due diligence questionnaires, as well as participating in onsite and virtual due diligence sessions
- Producing talking points, ad hoc presentations, and strategic projects, and participating in select client pitches and investor conversations
- Coordinating across different teams and offices ensuring the relevant stakeholders are involved at the right stage of the fundraising process
Who we are looking for
- Experience in investment banking, investment consulting, investor relations, preferably with credit background or experience
- Demonstrable technical skills and able to distill complex concepts in digestible formats
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel (required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Extremely detail-oriented with an ability to think through tasks and concepts logically
