We are working with a global private markets manager focused on private equity, secondaries and credit. The firm is now looking to add a technically-minded and bright Analyst / Associate into their investor relations team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established and high calibre team covering different strategies.
What the job involves:
- Prepare and maintain marketing materials including investor presentations, quarterly reports, DDQs, RFPs and PPMs during fundraising and in between fundraising.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Perform track record management and portfolio data analysis.
- Handle ad-hoc investor queries, liaising with the appropriate investment teams where necessary to ensure high quality responses are provided in a timely manner.
- Assist in the execution of all fundraising activities, optimising investor communication and coordinating the investors' information needs through due diligence requests and on-site visits.
- Help on co-investment management.
- Help prepare and coordinate annual investor meetings and other ad-hoc events.
Who we are looking for:
- Strong academic background with previous experience in investor relations or placement agent. Other backgrounds such as investment banking or investments will be considered.
- Good financial acumen, able to disseminate complex data into investor friendly content.
- Highly organised with excellent project management skills.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Strong communicator with an excellent command of verbal and written English.
- Strong work ethic, collaborative team player, and high level of integrity.
