What the job involves
- Evaluate real estate-backed lending opportunities and provide clear feedback to originators
- Conduct financial modelling and assess loan/asset risks, presenting key insights to the team
- Prepare detailed investment memorandums, highlighting the opportunity, due diligence, and risk analysis
- Stay informed on the UK real estate market and attend borrower meetings, due diligence reviews, and site visits
- Ensure the accuracy of financial details in legal documentation for deals you're involved in
Who we are looking for
- At least 2 years of relevant financial experience (e.g., corporate finance, investment banking, private equity/credit, accounting/audit, or real estate finance)
