What the job involves
- Lead deal execution process, including market analysis, financial due diligence, legal structuring, and negotiations
- Develop and review financial models
- Prepare investment memoranda and draft Term Sheets
- Monitor portfolio companies and facilitate value creation initiatives
- Generate analyses and recommendations for invested companies
- Produce periodic portfolio company commentaries

- Experience leading deals within private equity. Ideally with exposure to the food industry
