We are partnering with a leading multi-asset investment firm which is looking to bring an FP&A Lead into their London based finance function. This is a great opportunity to provide key financial insight regarding business performance and take ownership of budgeting and long-term planning across the group. The FP&A Lead will work across financial planning, forecasting and process improvements, driving multiple projects and workstreams while collaborating with a range of stakeholders.
What the job involves:
- Support of group financial planning, modelling, and forecasting
- Annual budgeting process and regular reporting
- Implementation of processes improvements to provide efficient scenario planning capabilities and insightful analysis of business performance and forecasts
- Lead all financial modelling and reforecasting, whether P&L, balance sheet, cash flow etc
- Prepare, review and monitor full monthly management reporting and explaining variances to budget and forecasts
- Support the development of existing and potentially new systems to reduce the dependency on excel and improve efficiencies and timeliness
Who we are looking for:
- Qualified accountant, FP&A experience would be desirable
- Financial services experience would be desired
