About our client
We are working with a discretionary and advisory wealth management company with offices in London and mainland Europe. They invest across the full spectrum of traditional and alternative asset classes, including real estate, equities, fixed income, hedge funds, commodities, private equity, and credit. Their clients are a mix of family offices, high net worth individuals, endowments, and trusts. They are looking to add a Senior Commercial Asset Manager to their real estate team, based in London. This role will be focused on managing their portfolio of offices in London, and potentially some of the firm's commercial properties/projects in other sectors. Please note that this is a contract role that will last between 12-18 months.
What the job involves
- Define and implement the following for each of the properties: leasing strategy, rent renewals and rent reviews, marketing strategy, property management review and reporting setup.
- Management of development and refurbishment projects.
Who we are looking for
- Prior experience of asset management in commercial properties in England.
- Experience within the offices sector is preferred.
- Experience of overseeing refurbishment/development projects.
- RICS qualification is preferred but not a pre-requisite.
- Candidates who are available to start immediately are preferred.
