This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing international real estate firm and work across a global portfolio. The role will be responsible for supporting the management of the current assets through financial modelling at a fund and asset level. The role will partner with senior stakeholders across the portfolio management function to enhance asset performance through analytics that will support strategic decisions across the portfolio. The role will support the day to day portfolio responsibilities of existing assets and support the strategy of new assets.
What the job involves:
- Support portfolio modelling by building and maintaining fund and asset models of current portfolio
- Prepare cash flow forecasts for investor reporting
- Perform in-depth analysis to drive better strategic decisions at an asset and fund level
- Support hold and sell analysis by providing fund-level returns across the asset investment lifecycle
- Support performance measurement and transaction execution by providing in depth analysis
- Determine fund performance and investor returns for internal and external reporting
- Track and manage fund liquidity
- Support and coordinate appraisal management
- Monitor debt compliance at fund and asset levels
- Support on current portfolio database maintenance
Who we are looking for:
- Educational degree in a relevant financial field
- Three to six years experience in financial analysis or financial modelling
- Advanced financial and cashflow modelling skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Real Estate or Infrastructure experience is preferred but not essential
- Strong report writing and communication skills
- Self-starter and team player who embraces collaboration
- Experience with working with international teams
- Experience with managing junior team members
