We are partnering with a high-growth, venture-backed Robotics & AI company to appoint a Vice President of Sales. Backed by a leading Global Venture Capital firm with a strong track record of scaling category-defining technology businesses, the company is operating at the intersection of robotics and developer tooling. It is experiencing rapid growth and early product-market fit within a highly technical customer base. This is a critical leadership hire, offering the opportunity to build and scale the commercial function from early traction to significant revenue scale.
The Role
This is a VP Sales/Revenue Leader role, responsible for building and scaling the company’s entire go-to-market and revenue engine. Working closely with the founders, the successful candidate will take the business from early-stage traction to scaled growth—owning customer acquisition, sales strategy, and revenue performance end-to-end. The role is ideally suited to a hands-on, entrepreneurial sales leader who thrives in early-stage environments and is excited to build from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive all revenue metrics across the business
- Develop and execute the sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
- Take the company from early traction to scaled adoption (100+ customers)
- Build predictable and scalable revenue generation processes
- Enhance and scale the existing go-to-market playbook
- Lead initiatives to increase trials and conversion rates
