Overview: This role involves installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of UPS equipment while delivering an exceptional standard of customer service. You’ll be working both on-site with customers and in the service workshop, ensuring systems run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities And Activities Include:
- Install, commission, service, and repair UPS systems.
- Respond promptly to on-site faults and service requests.
- Work professionally on customer sites, ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, spares, and PPE to required standards.
- Keep technical knowledge up to date through training and regular meetings.
Education And Experience Requirements:
- Formal qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (18th Edition is advantageous).
- 2+ years’ field service experience with UPS or related electrical/electronic systems.
- Experience working on AC and DC systems.
