Our Client is a leading provider of power protection solutions, delivering energy-efficient UPS systems that keep data centres, hospitals, telecoms, and industries running without interruption.

This role involves installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of UPS equipment while delivering an exceptional standard of customer service. You’ll be working both on-site with customers and in the service workshop, ensuring systems run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities And Activities Include:

  • Install, commission, service, and repair UPS systems.
  • Respond promptly to on-site faults and service requests.
  • Work professionally on customer sites, ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures.
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, spares, and PPE to required standards.
  • Keep technical knowledge up to date through training and regular meetings.

Education And Experience Requirements:

  • Formal qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (18th Edition is advantageous).
  • 2+ years’ field service experience with UPS or related electrical/electronic systems.
  • Experience working on AC and DC systems.
