Not many people get the opportunity to build relationships with some of the most successful CEOs in the UK. At PepTalks, we work with private equity-backed CEOs, CFOs and CPOs leading some of Britain's fastest-growing businesses. They are building companies, completing acquisitions, raising capital, transforming organisations and preparing for exits. We help these great leaders deliver great returns.

We are looking for someone ambitious, commercially minded and relentlessly proactive to help grow our memberships. You won't be cold-calling thousands of prospects. You will work with warm introductions, high-quality leads and a network of senior business leaders. Your job is to build relationships, create opportunities and convert interest into membership.

You will attend CEO dinners, leadership events and conferences. You will meet exceptional people. You will learn how private equity really works. You will develop a network that most people spend decades trying to build. But none of this comes easily.

You will need 12-24 months of business development/sales experience in the private equity industry; perhaps in origination, expert networks, talent/recruitment or services/SaaS sales. You will need to be curious, resilient and comfortable speaking with c-suite prospects. You will need to improve and in some cases architect GTM processes.
