As a Walkers Wholesale Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales, distribution, and visibility of Walkers products within your assigned wholesale territory. You will build strong relationships with wholesale depot teams, independent retailers, and key decision‑makers to ensure Walkers remains the go‑to savoury snack brand in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Grow sales and market share of Walkers Crisps and PepsiCo snacks across assigned wholesale depots.
  • Manage a portfolio of wholesale depots, ensuring strong product availability, distribution, and promotional compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to drive incremental sales through depot display and active selling in depot.
  • Maintain strong relationships with depot managers, buyers and operations team, and retailers while in depot.
  • Act as the key Walkers representative within depots, ensuring collaboration and partnership with head office execution agreements.
  • Ensure all promotional activity is implemented correctly, on time and in full, with correct location and product availability.
  • Maximise brand visibility through merchandising, point‑of‑sale materials and secondary siting.
  • Complete regular audits to ensure planogram, range and space compliance.
  • Plan and execute territory planning support depot events, trade days, sampling and customer engagement activities.

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building ability.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in FMCG field sales or wholesale account management.
  • Experience in the snacks, beverages, or impulse channel.
  • Knowledge of wholesale.
