You have an exciting opportunity to join our PepsiCo team as a Sales Development Representative. Would you like to be part of a fun, innovative and passionate market leader that operates in over 200 countries? PepsiCo UK is home to some of the world's most loved food and drink products such as Walkers, Quaker, Doritos, Pipers, and Monster Munch. We have a fantastic reputation for developing and launching products that our consumers love.
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to operate under our Walkers brand. You will manage your own territory of over 120 stores, visiting 10–15 per day. The role requires working independently, thinking on your feet, and being self‑motivated with excellent time‑management skills. No two days are the same; each customer will require a bespoke service. You will advise on best‑selling products, upcoming offers, and share your passion for the brand. You will deliver individual KPIs and be designated a Champion area to support your team and provide expertise and knowledge.
Additional day‑to‑day duties include cash and carry visits to collect stock, planning your day with a call file, maintaining a safe work environment, building strong customer relationships, growing and maintaining your personal portfolio, achieving and exceeding business KPIs, and championing an aspect of the role for your team.
Qualifications:
- Full, manual UK driving licence.
