Join our team at PepsiCo Skelmersdale as a Production Operator! We're looking for hands-on people to help us make some of the UK's favourite snacks like Walkers Baked and Monster Munch. If you enjoy solving problems and working with machines, this could be a good job for you.
Working Hours
- Panama shift pattern: 3 days on, 2 days off. Rotating across nights and days.
- 42 hours/week on average, including weekends, bank holidays, and night shifts.
- 12-hour shifts.
Salary
Β£35,964.67 (including shift allowance)
Responsibilities
- Operate the equipment in your area, keeping the line running smoothly.
- Keep machines running efficiently with regular checks and basic maintenance.
- Spot and report safety concerns.
- Log issues and help solve them.
- Switch equipment between products or batches.
- Hand over information to the next shift.
