You have an exciting opportunity to join the PepsiCo UK team as a Sales Development Representative.

Responsibilities

  • Operate under the Walkers brand, managing your own territory of over 120 stores, visiting 10–15 per day.
  • Work independently, think on your feet, and maintain strong time‑management skills.
  • Provide bespoke service to each customer, advising them on best‑selling products, upcoming offers, and linking brand passion with their business needs.
  • Deliver individual KPIs while collaborating with the team.
  • You will be designated a Champion area to support colleagues and maximise business opportunities.
  • Cash and carry visit to collect stock from bookers in the Telford/Stafford/Wolverhampton area.
  • Plan your day ahead using your call file to maximise store visit benefits.
  • Maintain a safe work environment.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to maximise service.
  • Create, grow, and maintain your own personal portfolio.
  • Achieve and exceed business KPIs.
  • Champion an aspect of the role for the team you work with.

Qualifications

  • Full, manual UK driving licence.
  • Strong selling skills.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Relationship‑building ability.
