We have an exciting opportunity to join our PepsiCo team as a Sales Development Representative. Responsibilities

  • Operate under our Walkers brand, managing your own territory of over 120 stores, visiting around 10-15 stores per day.
  • This role requires independence, self-motivation, and excellent time management skills.
  • Provide bespoke service to each customer, advising on best-selling products, upcoming offers, and sharing your passion for our brand.
  • Meet individual KPIs while working as part of a supportive team.
  • You will also be designated a Champion area to develop your skills and network within the business.
  • Additional daily responsibilities include:
  • Visiting cash and carry outlets to collect stock
  • Planning your day using your call file to maximize store benefits
  • Maintaining a safe work environment
  • Building strong customer relationships
  • Growing and maintaining your personal portfolio
  • Achieving and exceeding KPIs
  • Championing an aspect of your role within the team
