Responsibilities:
- Manage your own territory which will consist of over 120 stores visiting around 10–15 per day.
- Work independently each day and think on your feet.
- Provide bespoke service to customers, advising them on best sellers and upcoming offers.
- Deliver individual KPIs and work on designated Champion area for the business.
- Cash and carry visit to collect stock.
- Plan your day ahead using your call file.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Create, grow, and maintain your own personal portfolio.
- Achieve and exceed business KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Full, manual UK driving licence.
- Selling skills.
- Basic IT skills.
- Relationship building.
- Time management.
- A positive and persuasive attitude towards your work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience of working to targets.
