We have an exciting opportunity to join PepsiCo as a Sales Development Representative, focusing on the Walkers brand.
Responsibilities
- You will manage your own territory consisting of over 120 grocery stores, visiting 10–15 stores per day, working independently and self‑motivated.
- You will advise customers on best‑selling products, upcoming offers and share the brand’s passion with them.
- Deliver individual KPIs and collaborate with the team; you will be designated a Champion area and help the team maximise opportunities.
- Cash‑and‑carry visits to collect stock at Booker Medway or Booker Tunbridge Wells.
- Plan your day using your call file to ensure each store benefits from your visit.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Build strong relationships with customers to maximise service.
- Create, grow, and maintain a personal portfolio.
- Achieve and exceed business KPIs.
- Champion an aspect of the role for the team.
